Earls Headquarters

Collaborating with Earls Restaurants, our mission was to design a workplace that embodies the warmth and hospitality synonymous with their dining spaces while fostering their team-centric culture. By partnering closely with Earls’ in-house design team, we crafted an environment that combines a hospitality-forward aesthetic with all the functionality of a productive office.

At the heart of this workspace is the townhall—a versatile area featuring a test bar for crafting cocktails and a range of seating options for gatherings, solo work, and casual conversations. Warm wood paneling, custom millwork, and residential-inspired details contribute to an inviting atmosphere.

The meeting rooms carry this cozy vibe with wood accents, comfortable furnishings, and textured finishes, while open workspaces emphasize ergonomics and functionality with sit/stand desks and cozy breakout areas.

The result is a warm, welcoming environment that captures Earls’ talent for making everyone feel right at home.
