Hall Constructors

With expanded headquarters across three floors of a brand new building, Hall Constructors wanted a thoughtful approach. We implemented in depth surveying of their team around open office concepts, meeting styles, and amenities so the basis of design was people focused.

The resulting space balances functional private offices with a sprinkling of open work areas and well-equipped meeting rooms spread across the office for easy access and connectivity. An expansive gathering space with fantastic views offers a place for lunch, impromptu meetings, and watching the game on a Friday afternoon. The office also includes a private rooftop patio with outdoor kitchen and multiple firepits for their famous team BBQs.

The look is a polished industrial feel that reflects both the high quality of work Hall is known for and draws inspiration from the raw materials they work with every day. Warm wood millwork and doors are balanced with cool concrete, and black accents. Large scale graphics of their job sites create focal points at the end of corridors, drawing you to take a closer look, while a custom Bocci pendant ties the color scheme together and highlights the central staircase.
