Spanning four floors at 200 Granville Street, the new workplace unites both Intact Insurance and belair direct under one address, streamlining operations and creating a shared environment that supports growth and collaboration.

Designed by Māk Interiors in partnership with Fusion Projects, the space centres around a welcoming staff lounge that acts as a social anchor for both brands. Expansive harbour views and abundant natural light enhance the sense of openness, while thoughtful planning ensures these qualities extend throughout each floor.

A balance of open work areas, private offices, and varied meeting spaces provides flexibility for different work styles. Breakout zones and casual seating encourage spontaneous interaction, while enclosed rooms support focus and confidentiality.

All new furniture was specified to reflect each brand’s identity while maintaining a cohesive overall aesthetic. Materials and details were selected to deliver a professional presence with a sense of comfort, resulting in a polished, functional, and inviting workplace for two distinct brands within a unified, high-performing space.
