MLA Canada is Western Canada’s largest real estate marketing company. With two growing offices in Vancouver proper, this new space was established to serve their growing markets in the Fraser Valley.

Building on their distinctive black and white branding elements and the clean crisp aesthetic of their existing offices, we created a monochromatic, high-contrast colour palette. The shell space was a challenging shape which we embraced, creating dynamic lines and distinguishing the client-facing spaces with a wood veneer wrap to walls and ceilings.

The reception provides a dramatic first impression with a faceted ceiling detail and dramatic linear lighting, while the wood finishes draw you into adjacent meeting spaces and lounges. Beyond the wood portal are clean and bright open work areas maximizing light from the large windows. A striking kitchen completes this functional and polished office fit-out for a company at the top of their game.
