Taking over the 17th floor at 601 West Hastings meant that Premier Insurance could streamline their operations into a single floor plate. Creating a more thoughtful brand-forward space was important to the stakeholder team to elevate their presence.

Starting with a bold red portal at the arrival and a unique ceiling installation above reception, we set the tone of a professional office that wasn’t afraid to be bold! We balanced the team’s security needs and the desire for an open feel by utilizing glass partitions and creating a centralized workspace where natural light could be shared.

Efficient bookable offices were introduced as well as a variety of meeting space types. We created a bright and lively gathering space for the team with plenty of natural light – a space to enjoy lunch or have an impromptu meeting. With a tight timeline and conservative budget, we utilized existing furniture in most areas and introduced unique finish materials and details to make statements while sticking to the budget.

The resulting office is polished, smart and lively.
