Marine Landing Notary

As part of the new Marine Landing development, this client signed on to a space that was not yet built! We came along for a journey from the ground up on this contemporary office for an up-and-coming professional team.

Working with their well-developed brand identity, we blended concrete, wood, and clean, crisp marble accents for a polished yet approachable arrival space that is welcoming at this street-level location. A fictional boardroom with sliding glass door takes advantage of the natural light at the front of the space.

Frosted glass separate the work space which features open workstation and two private offices. The small but mighty kitchen space pulls in the signature brand colour with a clean glass back splash in deep royal blue.
