As the Vancouver branch of one of North America’s largest commercial real estate firms, Avison Young was a busy, growing office with a blank-slate opportunity. Two empty floors in a downtown financial district tower meant we could start fresh — not just with a new look, but with a full workflow analysis. The new layout centres on a large, expandable Town Hall space designed for weekly all-hands gatherings as easily as one-on-one catch-ups. A dedicated client lounge gives the firm a polished front-of-house presence, while the open plan behind it encourages the kind of spontaneous collaboration that keeps a fast-moving team connected.
