As part of the new Marine Landing development, this client signed their lease on a space that hadn’t been built yet. We joined the project from the ground up — which meant designing a contemporary, street-level professional office with strong bones and a welcoming presence. Concrete, white oak, and clean marble accents give the space a polished-yet-approachable quality. A glass-walled boardroom takes advantage of natural light while maintaining the privacy a notary office requires.
