CareRx is Canada’s leading provider of specialty pharmacy services — a business where precision, compliance, and throughput aren’t aspirational, they’re operational requirements. Their 17,000 square foot Burnaby facility had to work as a pharmaceutical distribution centre and a professional workplace simultaneously, without either compromising the other.
The design separates the two worlds clearly. The front-of-house reception and open plan office carry CareRx’s brand confidently — clean white millwork, the company’s signature blue in the custom reception desk, warm lighting, and a layout that supports a team processing high volumes of orders with accuracy and speed. The fulfillment floor behind it is purposeful and organised, designed around workflow efficiency rather than aesthetics, with dedicated dispensing stations, extensive shelving, and secure controlled areas meeting regulatory requirements.
