Collaborating with Earls Restaurants, our mission was to design a workplace that embodies the warmth and hospitality synonymous with their dining spaces while fostering their team-centric culture. By partnering closely with Earls’ in-house design team, we crafted an environment that combines a hospitality-forward aesthetic with all the functionality of a productive office.
At the heart of this workspace is the townhall — a versatile area featuring a test bar for crafting cocktails and a range of seating options for gatherings, solo work, and casual conversations. Warm wood paneling, custom millwork, and residential-inspired details contribute to an inviting atmosphere.
Meeting rooms carry this cozy vibe with wood accents, comfortable furnishings, and textured finishes, while open workspaces emphasize ergonomics with sit/stand desks and breakout areas.
Earls is known for making every guest feel at home. The challenge was translating that hospitality instinct into a workplace — where the same warmth and care needed to show up for the team, not just the customer. Working closely with Earls' own design team meant the brief was detailed and the bar was high.
The townhall test bar has become the heartbeat of the office — used for everything from Friday afternoon tastings to all-hands presentations. The residential warmth of the space has been cited by Earls leadership as a genuine differentiator in talent conversations. The collaboration with Earls' in-house team produced a result neither could have achieved alone.
